I'M BACK! I am completely back to normal, well, as normal as I can be. Hahah!
So, I decided last night that i'd do an Easter picture. So I did the sketch and the lineart last night around twelve, and now i've just finished colouring and it's 12.19pm.
I like this picture. It's a kid in a rabbit costume, btw. ^^
Hope you all had a happy Easter! Even if you dont celebrate it because you are christian, and just use it as an excuse to get chocolate :3
I'm wondering though, should you celebrate easter? I mean, if you are a follower of Christianity.. ? Google led me to allaboutgod.com, but that didn't help me much either..
quote: "Understanding Easter from a Christian perspective is vitally important. The celebration of Jesus death, burial, and resurrection from the dead is crucial for believers in Jesus Christ. Without this doctrine, there is no Christianity and no Christian Easter. "
Sounds a little heavy to me, I think i'll just go with your chocolat excuse

XD it's the same deal with Christmas... Notice nowdays where they don't say "Merry Christmas" but "Happy Holidays" now cause "Christmas" is considered politically incorrect... Even though Chanukaa and Kwanzaa came long after... As time passes, people find more excuses to remove the Gospel out of life... Easter to me however, isn't so much about Christ's death. More of the Atonement and ressurection.

HAhah. Yeah, my family dont believe in God and that (My Dad is atheist, whereas I'm Agnostic) but for some reason we still celebrate christmas and easter. I guess it's a case of 'everyone else was doing it too' XD
Happy Easter!!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
